Job Description
Shawsheen Valley Technical High School in Billerica, Massachusetts, is currently accepting applications for an anticipated opening for a Cosmetology Instructor for the 2025-2026 school year. Qualified candidates must be licensed as a Massachusetts Chapter 74 Cosmetology Instructor, or possess the qualifications to become licensed. In this role, the qualified candidate would develop and deliver cosmetology lessons to high school students enrolled in grades 9 through 12. The ideal candidate would have experience with anatomy and physiology as it relates to the industry; chemistry as it relates to the industry; and salon management. Previous teaching experience preferred with a focus on training and mentoring students to learn the skills and competencies necessary to be successful in the Cosmetology industry. Massachusetts SEI endorsement preferred.
Salary:
$66,463 – $108,562, commensurate with experience.
