Hair Stylist for Fast Paced Salons Haircuts, LTD. 244 Needham St, Newton Upper Falls, MA 02464 Overview We are seeking a talented and ambitious Hair Stylist with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling, along with your ability to communicate effectively with clients, will ensure that each customer leaves feeling satisfied and confident. Duties

• Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and blow dry styling, tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided and assist clients in making informed choices.
• Assist at the front desk when needed, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and processing payments.
• Stay updated on current trends in hairstyling techniques and products to provide the best service possible. Qualifications
• Valid MA cosmetology license is required.
• Proficiency in using cutting and other hairstyling tools is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and promote a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Previous hairstyling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A passion for beauty and on-going learning with new techniques and hair styling trends.
