As a Barber, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients through expert hair cutting, styling, and grooming services. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences. Utilize various hair styling techniques, including hair extensions and eyelash extensions, to meet client needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition. Engage with clients to understand their desired styles and provide professional recommendations. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Mentor junior staff members, sharing knowledge of techniques and best practices in barbering. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to continuously improve skills. Qualifications Valid barbering license as required by state regulations. Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in retail sales is preferred, with an emphasis on upselling services and products. Skills in nail care and hair styling are a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
