As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and beautiful. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills while building lasting relationships with clients in a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment. Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and provide expert advice on hair care and styling. Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance client experiences. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients’ hair types and styles. Mentor junior stylists and assist with trainings Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, techniques, and products. Skills Proven experience in retail sales within a salon environment is preferred. Proficiency in barbering techniques is a plus. Strong mentoring skills to guide less experienced stylists. Ability to perform makeup application for special occasions. Excellent upselling skills to promote additional services effectively. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients. Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments and client interactions. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
