Duties Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques to offer clients the best options. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Utilize salon software such as

MINDBODY

for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products that complement services provided. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance overall salon performance. Skills Proficiency in retail math for effective inventory management and sales tracking. Strong understanding of color theory to achieve desired results in hair coloring services. Experience with eyelash extensions and hair extensions is a plus, enhancing service offerings. Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly MINDBODY, for efficient operations. Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure repeat business. Knowledge of store management practices to contribute to the overall success of the salon. Skills in barbering techniques for diverse clientele needs. Ability to perform hair threading as an additional service option for clients.
