Responsibilities:
Provide clean, polished cuts, shaves, and grooming services Maintain a professional, hygienic, and organized station Build and manage your own clientele with shop support Be reliable, presentable, and drama-free Uphold the reputation and values of Charlotte’s oldest barbershop
Requirements:
Valid North Carolina barber license Respect for the trade and those who practice it well Professional appearance, communication, and reliability Self-motivation and a business-minded approach to your chair No tolerance for drama, ego, or shortcuts
