The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty and wellness services, with expertise in various techniques and treatments. This role requires a creative individual who can deliver exceptional client experiences while also managing social media presence and product demonstrations. Responsibilities Provide high-quality natural services, including curly cuts and wash & go’s. Apply color theory knowledge to deliver customized hair coloring services. Offer detailed consultations for clients. Manage social media accounts to promote services, engage with clients, and showcase work. Utilize Vagaro software for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Perform hair treatments, to ensure the health of the clients hair. Execute twist services or loc services. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of various beauty products. Experience Proven experience in natural hair, with a strong understanding of curly hair cutting and styling techniques. Familiarity with color theory and application methods is preferred. Experience with Twists or locs. Knowledge of social media management strategies to enhance brand visibility. Proficiency in using VAGARO or similar scheduling software is advantageous. Background in curly hair cutting, natural hair , Detailed consultations, and straight hair techniques is desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
