In this role, you will be responsible for educating and inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals in various techniques and practices. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping their careers. Responsibilities Deliver engaging and informative lessons on cosmetology techniques and practices. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning. Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum. Assist students in developing their practical skills through hands-on training. Collaborate with faculty to ensure educational standards are met. Requirements Valid NH Esthetics license. Experience in makeup or willingness to become certified in makeup. Experience in lashes or willingness to become certified in lashes. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to students.
