Job Summary:

Take your NJ Cosmetology Teachers License to the Next Level. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced NJ Cosmetology Teacher to oversee the educational programs at our school. The School Supervisor will be responsible for managing teaching staff, placing orders for inventory, teach classes and ensuring the overall success of the educational programs. This position includes managing and growing the

Senior Clinic Floor Duties:

• Manage and supervise teaching staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Conduct regular evaluations of teaching staff to ensure quality instruction
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate schedules and resources
• Monitor student progress and provide support or interventions as necessary
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education
• Oversee the development and implementation of assessment tools and methods
• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success

Experience:

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Hold a NJ Cosmetology Teachers License for at least 2 years
• Familiarity with industry standards and NJ State Board Regulations for the education programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team of teaching staff
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
