The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. As a Salon Assistant, you will support our stylists and enhance the overall client experience while maintaining a clean space throughout the day. Our ideal candidate would be available on-call, as there would not be set hours weekly. Our goal is to find an assistant open to providing coverage to our current manager. Note, we do have specific dates we can offer guaranteed hours. Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Handle customer inquiries and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Skills Proficiency in cosmetology principles and practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Effective communication skills to convey information clearly. Familiarity with hair styling techniques is a plus, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
