Responsibilities & Skills Assist stylists with various tasks during client appointments, ensuring a seamless experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including workstations and common areas. Support inventory management by tracking product usage and assisting with restocking supplies. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients by offering refreshments and maintaining a friendly demeanor. Strong knowledge of basic hair care and salon hygiene practices. Ability to shampoo, blow-dry, and assist with color application. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized throughout the day. Eagerness to learn and take direction from stylists and management.
