The Salon lead will oversee daily operations, manage teamscheduling, ensure client satisfaction, and help drive performance.

Responsibilities:

KeyResponsibilities:

• Perform customized scalp treatments and hairservices including blowouts, styling, and hydration rituals
• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
• Educateclients on hair health, product use, and at-home care
• Maintaincleanliness and sanitization of tools and treatment areas
• Stay upto date on the latest trends and techniques in scalp and hairwellness
• Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to luxuryservice and client care

Qualifications:

• Previous experience insalon/spa management or a team leadership role is required
• Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License preferred, but notrequired
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadershipskills
• Experience with booking software and POS systems
• Abilityto multitask and manage both team and client expectations
