• Hybrid work Glam On Demand is seeking 2 new talented Makeup Artist (that can do easy hairstyling, curling, flat iron etc.

..) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty and makeup artistry, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. This position is both in studio (in Spring City, PA) and on site! You will be responsible for visually transforming client’s appearance via make-up and hairstyling. You must have the ability to determine the correct material and application according to lighting, setting and physical facial features. Some training will be provided. You must have a current professional makeup and hairstyling kit and have the ability to complete both tasks.. Duties

• Provide professional makeup application services for various occasions such as weddings, photo shoots, and special events
• Consult with clients to determine their makeup needs and preferences
• Stay updated on the latest makeup trends and techniques
• Upsell beauty products to clients
• Sanitize makeup tools and work area to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Requirements Any artist filling out this form will need the following to be considered
• PA State Board License for Cosmetology or Esthetics (We offer Makeup, dry hairstyling, facials, lash lift/tint, and will be getting reiki certifications if anyone is interested)
• Liability Insurance Coverage
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Must have the ability to work on all skin types/tones (Knowledge of color theory and its application in makeup artistry)
• Ability to perform basic hair styling techniques (curling, flat iron etc…)
• Must have your own clean and professional kit (Preferably more high-end brands due to our price point, we will give suggestions and give time to do so) Proficiency in retail sales to promote and sell beauty products (10% commission)
• May work for yourself but not for another team (this is too confusing for the client) and must want to work in a team environment and grow the team and with the team.
• Must know on site and work for team etiquette
• Must be willing to attend team events, photoshoots, and classes
• Must be willing to travel on site and to our studio in Spring City PA and on site to homes when needed.
