Role:

As the Lead Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our community salon, ensuring an exceptional experience for our residents.

Duties include:

Scheduling resident appointments and managing the salon calendar Coordinating team member schedules and ensuring coverage Ordering salon supplies and maintaining inventory Assisting with budgeting and record keeping Providing hairdressing services tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents

What We’re Looking For:

Valid and current Pennsylvania cosmetology license Prior experience as a stylist in a private salon or healthcare setting preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills A warm, professional manner and a heart for serving older adults Why Choose Valley View?
