The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetology and barbering, with a flair for creativity and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring an inviting and positive experience for every client. Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles and treatments. Perform makeup application and eyelash extensions as requested by clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, tools, and equipment. Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking. Assist at the front desk when necessary, including greeting clients and managing payments. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and techniques in the beauty industry. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times. Skills Proficient in barbering techniques and straight razor usage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledgeable in color theory and application methods. Experience with hair extensions application is preferred. Familiarity with salon software for efficient operations. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly to clients.
