• Provide hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and styling
• Administer hair treatments and scalp massages
• Offer advice on hair care and recommend suitable products
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
• Upsell salon products to clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area “`Qualifications“`
• Valid cosmetology license
• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
• Knowledge of salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
• Experience with hair extensions is a plus
