Barbershop Operations Assistant The Proper Barbershop Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 The Proper Barbershop is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Operations Assistant to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check clients in and out Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries Schedule and manage client appointments Maintain a clean and tidy front desk and shop area Restock barber supplies and retail products as needed Assist with day-to-day shop operations

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for appointment scheduling A positive and professional attitude Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus, but not required
