The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the smooth operation of head spa services. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for wellness and beauty. Position available at our Johns Island and West Ashley locations. Duties Greet clients warmly and provide them with information about head spa services and products. Conducting consultation and evaluating hair and scalp conditions. Providing head spa treatments to clients. Manage cash handling processes, including operating the cash register and processing payments accurately. Utilize POS systems for transactions. Assist in retail sales by promoting spa products and services to clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area, including restocking supplies as needed. Working with a team and demonstrating high standards of service. Handle inquiries with professionalism, and addressing client concerns effectively. Qualifications No head spa experience required. Must have SC Cosmetology License. Strong customer service skills. Ability to recognize and select products for scalp and hair needs. Ability to sell products and services confidently while understanding client needs. A passion for wellness, beauty, and customer service is essential.
