Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and grooming, possess excellent customer service skills, and stay updated on the latest trends in the industry.

Duties:

• Provide barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and mustache grooming
• Offer hair styling services such as coloring, blowouts, and styling
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay informed about current hair trends and styles
• Upsell salon products and services to clients

Skills:

• Proficiency in barbering techniques including cutting, fading, and shaping hair
• Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services
• Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
• Ability to provide makeup application services
• Experience with eyelash extensions is a plus
• Understanding of cosmetology principles
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients
• Mentoring skills to guide junior barbers in skill development
• Front desk experience for handling client inquiries and bookings
