OCCO Luxury Spa is a full-service day spa and salon in the heart of Columbia, SC, known for its luxurious services, elevated aesthetic, and loyal clientele. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Hairstylist to join our team. Ideal candidates are confident in their craft, have an established or growing clientele, and are comfortable participating in content creation to enhance visibility online (we’ll help with posting and management).

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments Stay current with trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer fresh, modern looks Maintain and build your book of clients through excellent service and relationship-building Keep your station clean, organized, and fully sanitized at all times Offer expert advice on at-home haircare and recommend retail products Collaborate with management to create photo/video content for marketing and social media Mentor junior stylists as needed, contributing to a positive team culture

Requirements:

Valid South Carolina Cosmetology License (Required) Minimum 2 years of salon experience preferred Proficiency in haircuts, color, treatments, and styling (textured hair experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to create or participate in social media content (you don’t need to manage posting) Evening and Saturday availability Why Work at
