We are small but growing! SportCuts offers a fun & laid back work environment with competitive pay, tips plus commissions! SportCuts is looking to grow with you!

Duties:

• Provide a wide range of services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling, beard trims & shampoos.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry to ensure high-quality service.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
• Use salon software to schedule appointments, manage client information, and track inventory.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sanitization protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Valid cosmetology license in South Carolina.
• Proven experience as a cosmetologist, with expertise in haircuts for men & boys.
• Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive and satisfying experience for clients.
• Attention to detail in order to deliver precise and high-quality services.
