As an independent contractor , you’ll keep 100 % of your service income while renting a fully equipped station (chair, shampoo bowl, hooded dryer, and storage). We launch July 1 , and early move-in discounts are available. You’ll also have the chance to serve the community during our Back-to-School Hair Drive the weekend before classes start.

Compensation:

Booth rental starting at $175 per week (discounted first month for stylists who sign before July 1). Booth Rental Rates Increase after July 1st.•Responsibilities Deliver professional hair services (cuts, color, silk presses, protective styles, etc.) tailored to each client’s needs.

Optional:

offer add-on beauty services (lash extensions, braids, basic nail care) if licensed/qualified. Use salon tools safely and maintain strict sanitation standards. Keep your station and shared areas clean, stocked, and organized. Provide thorough consultations and build lasting client relationships. Stay current on trends and products; recommend retail items from our in-house boutique. Participate in EYH social-media features, community events, and the annual Back-to-School Hair Drive. Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere for clients and fellow stylists. Requirements Active Tennessee cosmetology, natural-hair, or barber license (proof required). Portfolio, Instagram, or photo examples showcasing your work. Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage your own bookings, payments, and retail sales. Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends available for your clientele). Passion for beauty, wellness, and continuous growth in the industry.
