Responsibilities Implement engaging lesson plans that cover a wide range of cosmetology topics. Educate students on techniques such as haircutting, permanent waving, chemical relaxing, hair color etc. Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to enhance student learning. Assess student performance through practical evaluations and written tests. Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student success. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure curriculum relevance. Ensure compliance with state regulations and safety standards in all instructional activities. Qualifications Valid cosmetology instructor license required Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
