The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in various hair braiding techniques and have a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role involves working closely with clients to create beautiful braided styles while also contributing to the overall salon experience. Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair braiding styles, including but not limited to cornrows, box braids, and twists. Provide consultations to clients regarding their desired styles and hair care. Assist with the application of hair extensions and eyelash extensions as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized. Engage with clients at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and support. Qualifications Proven experience in hair braiding techniques is required; additional skills in hair extensions and eyelash extensions are a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
