Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Set up concert area with necessary items Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring satisfaction at all levels of service. Maintain knowledge of seating/ restroom and effectively assist customers with their selections. Requirement Strong understanding of high customer service and welcoming environment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when needed. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
