In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of spa services and products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients while assisting with various operational tasks. Duties Greet clients warmly as they arrive at the spa and ensure they feel comfortable. Assist clients in selecting services and products that meet their needs, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory by stocking shelves Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the spa area to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for clients. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate appointments and manage client flow. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Ability to upsell services and products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Experience with cash register operations is advantageous. A proactive approach to supervising stock levels and ensuring product availability. A passion for wellness, beauty, and customer service is essential.
