The main qualifications and requirements for this role encompass, but are not limited to: Providing outstanding customer service to both members and guests Welcoming and greeting members and guests upon arrival in a friendly professional manner. Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and promoting memberships, gift cards, and upgrades Following proper Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and upholding the cleanliness of the facility Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact with spa customers. A personable approach and knowledge of spa promotions, items in stock, and general spa information are key. Promote and sell services and products and provide recommendations on additional services and/or retail products that would maximize customer satisfaction. Greet each customer professionally, escort all clients through the spa, and give spa tours when necessary. Assist spa operations, including but not limited to answering telephones and scheduling appointments, starting sessions, selling memberships/ gift cards, stocking shelves, cleaning, and other duties as assigned by the spa manager. Cross-training for daily operations of sauna, including but not limited to cleaning and sanitizing, doing laundry, etc. as needed Responsible for retail sales for all walk-in customers. Coordinate Promotional Sales displays and actively find creative ways to market the spa. Handle all POS transactions including opening and closing of the register. Assists the Spa Manager with inspection of all spa treatment rooms, reception, and common areas to ensure they exude the proper spa atmosphere, clean, orderly, and fully stocked. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers, coworkers, and management. Exceptional time management skills, exhibiting sound judgment, and the ability to multitask. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guests. Excellent personal appearance, punctuality, and good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including longer-hour days and weekends/holidays. Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, massagebook spa software (will train), and basic accounting principles. A previous Spa experience is preferred but not required. Able to work at both locations is bonus, but not a deal breaker!

1111 NE 25th Ave, Ste 504 Ocala, FL. 34470 or 7480 SW State Road 200 Ocala, FL. 34476 Day Shifts 9am -5pm available Monday, through Sunday, 9am-5pm. Duties include. Answer busy phone lines and schedule clients over the phone. Answer phone calls in a professional friendly manner Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Communicate and educate clients on Be Well Holistic Massage Wellness Center, P.A. , Scheduler system and on-line scheduling procedures. Process transactions using Square General knowledge of products and the ability to make recommendations Manage excel spreadsheets for daily inputs Maintain Therapist roster and list of services Maintain calendar Inform clients about services, therapists and available schedule times Update and input HIPPA secure client’s intake with contact information Input client information into data base. Manage the flow of clients between check in, the service and check out Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and common areas Make hot towels for therapist use Maintain Therapist roster and list of services Perform sanitation using sanitation guidelines and laundry of linens. Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve client issues Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist/Spa Attendant/ or in a similar role is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks Ability to provide exceptional customer service Follow all safety and security procedures Accepting credit card, cash, check, and gift certificate payments/ merchant processing and reschedule appointments before clients leave. (Must have prior experience with customer service and merchant processing.) Other duties include. Light cleaning and sanitation of common areas, sweeping the sidewalks and keeping free of Debree and leaves, taking trash out to dumpster daily, laundry service- washing, drying, folding and putting away linens. Accepting credit card, cash, check, and gift certificate payments/ merchant processing and reschedule appointments before clients leave. (Must be reliable with prior experience of customer service and merchant processing.)
