Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling to provide innovative services. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Promote salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or certification is required. Proven experience as a hairstylist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of hair care products, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends in hairstyling.
