Your Day-to-Day:

No two days are the same, but here’s a peek at what you’ll be doing: Greet clients with a smile and make their day! Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads. Chat with clients to help them find the best services and products for their needs. Explain our awesome Membership plans and help clients see the value in self-care. Keep the spa organized and cozy with light housekeeping duties. Help with administrative tasks like filing and data entry. Attend team meetings (in person or on Zoom). Table:

Experience:

At least 2 years of sales experience , preferably in the beauty industry, and 1 year in customer service or front desk roles. Spa or salon experience is a big plus!

Tech-savvy:

You’re comfortable with salon/spa software and basic marketing tools.

Weekend availability:

Our clients love self-care on weekends, so we need you then! (Especially on Sundays)

Bilingual:

English and Spanish skills are required (bonus points if you’re fluent in both!).
