Opening soon, our spa will offer a serene escape for residents of Kendall, Pinecrest, Coral Gables, and surrounding areas. We provide a variety of rejuvenating treatments, including facials, and body treatments, all designed to restore balance and promote well-being. Position Overview:

The Spa Sales Associate will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience while promoting and selling the spa’s services and retail products. This individual will act as a liaison between the spa and the clients, building rapport, understanding client needs, and driving sales of treatments, memberships, and products. A passion for beauty, wellness, and luxury customer service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Engagement:
Promote Spa Services :

Actively promote and upsell spa treatments, memberships, and retail products tailored to client needs (facials, body treatments, wellness services, etc.).

Product Knowledge :

Become an expert on the spa’s offerings and retail products, ensuring you can educate clients on the benefits of services and help them choose the right products for their skin concerns.

Achieve Sales Targets :

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals for both services and retail products.

Client Consultations :

Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their skincare, wellness, and relaxation needs, offering tailored recommendations based on their goals.

Customer Retention :

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service, follow-up, and personalized recommendations for at-home care.

Customer Service & Client Experience:
Provide Exceptional Customer Service :

Greet clients warmly, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure a seamless, five-star spa experience from arrival to checkout.

Follow-Up :

Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat bookings and product purchases. Assist with

Bookings :

Help clients schedule appointments, offer suggestions for additional treatments, and manage appointment availability efficiently.

Maintain Client Records :

Keep accurate records of client preferences, treatments, and retail purchases to better personalize future interactions and recommendations.

Retail & Inventory Support:
Product Sales :

Ensure retail products are properly displayed and fully stocked. Actively engage with clients to upsell skincare and wellness products to complement their treatments.

Inventory Management :

Assist with product inventory, including tracking retail product sales, and ensuring shelves are stocked and neat.

Team Collaboration & Spa Operations:

Spa Team :

Work closely with other spa staff (estheticians, massage therapists, spa managers) to ensure a cohesive experience for clients.

Maintain Cleanliness & Presentation :

Keep the retail area and the front desk organized and inviting, ensuring that it aligns with the spa’s luxury brand image.

Administrative Support :

Assist with administrative tasks such as booking appointments, maintaining records, and handling cash register transactions.

Continuous Learning :

Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and treatments to enhance your ability to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:
Experience :

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales , customer service , or retail , preferably in a spa, beauty, or wellness environment. Experience with luxury or high-end brands is a plus.

Skills & Abilities :

Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build strong client relationships. Knowledge of skincare and wellness products and services is highly desirable; experience with anti-aging , facials , and body treatments is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Professional, polished appearance with a passion for luxury customer service. Comfortable working with POS systems , scheduling software, and general office software.
