KC Beauty Lounge is a new, vibrant, full-service salon offering hair, nail, skin, facial, lash, and sugaring services. We are focused on creating an inclusive, elevated experience for both students and the greater UCF community. We will be opening soon, operating seven days a week, 12-hour days. Job Description:
As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services while ensuring client satisfaction. You will play a vital role in promoting salon products and services to enhance the overall client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair services including washing, cutting, styling, coloring, drying, and treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Promote and sell salon products and services to clients.
- Help manage inventory levels of products and supplies to ensure the salon is optimally stocked.
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license.
- Experience as a hairdresser.
- Excellent knowledge of hair care products and techniques.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and detail oriented.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Work well with others.
Job Types:

$25.00 – $100.00 per hour
