(comission paid) Salon Edge of Boca 6006 SW 18th Street, Boca Raton, FL 33433 Overview We are a very busy high end salon in Boca Raton and we are seeking two dedicated and skilled Specialists to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional services in a salon or med spa environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cosmetology and a passion for enhancing the beauty and well-being of our guests. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while ensuring a welcoming and sanitized environment. Duties Provide hair styling services tailored to individual client preferences, utilizing knowledge of current trends and techniques. Provide hair color services tailored to individual client preferences, utilizing knowledge of current trends and techniques. Maintain accurate records using salon software to track client preferences, appointments, and service history. Deliver outstanding guest services by building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations. Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized according to health regulations before and after each service. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually enhance skills and service offerings. Skills Strong with an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management. Experience in a med spa setting is a plus but not required. Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in the work area according to industry standards. Certification in cosmetology or relevant field is required.
