Summary We are seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team at Pure Bliss Day Spa Inc. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Located in Juno Beach, this position plays a vital role in supporting our spa’s operations and enhancing the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression Manage scheduling and appointment bookings using our booking software Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency Operate the POS system and manage cash/credit transactions Promote spa services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue Keep the front desk area clean, stocked, and organized Restock inventory and assist with product merchandising Maintain excellent communication with both clients and spa staff Support daily cleaning routines, especially at end-of-day close Requirements Strong scheduling experience is a must Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service Comfortable with closing duties and working independently Energetic and detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills Proficient in operating cash registers and handling payments Familiarity with spa or salon booking software (preferred) Ability to upsell and promote products/services confidently Willingness to help with light cleaning and organizational tasks If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and want to be part of a dynamic team at Pure Bliss Day Spa Inc, we invite you to apply today!
