CONTRACT BEAUTICIAN
Job Description:
- Assumes responsibility for hair care for residents in Community.
- Assumes responsibility for Beauty Shop, supplies, etc.
- Gives haircuts to male and female patients per schedule or as needed.
- Shampoo to bed residents if/when needed.
- Keeps record of services and presents to Office Manager to assure billing is done for services.
- Pays weekly booth rental, supplies own supplies and equipment.
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent GED.
- Registered beautician licensed by North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners and renewed according to state requirements.
- Willing to work and cooperate well with other employees.
- Ability to use supplies economically and care for used equipment.
- Wears appropriate attire in keeping with company dress code.
- Must read, know and follow personnel, department, and Facility policies.
- Experience with seniors preferred.
