Friday and Saturdays 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Front desk duties include, checking clients in and out, ensuring exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, plus laundry and general cleaning. Responsibilities
- Manage spa appointments and schedules efficiently
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
- Utilize basic math skills for transactions and cash handling
- Assist spa staff to ensure smooth operations
- Laundry (wash, dry and fold sheets and towels) Skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to sell products and services effectively
- Knowledge of POS systems for payment processing
- Basic computer and math skills
- Experience in receptionist field is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling client inquiries
