Full Job Description Schedule:

One day per week, either 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Reports to:

Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator Position Summary:

Piedmont Christian Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Beautician/Hair Stylist to provide hair care services to our residents. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors in a warm, family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic hair care services including haircuts, shampooing, styling, and other grooming needs for residents Foster a warm, respectful, and dignified experience for each resident Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards Build positive relationships with residents through conversation and attentive service Coordinate with staff to manage appointments and resident schedules Provide your own tools and equipment (Piedmont Christian Home provides the salon space)

Requirements:

Valid State of North Carolina cosmetology license Prior experience working with elderly clients is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Dependable and professional in appearance and conduct Demonstrates patience, kindness, and genuine care for seniors
