Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our front office team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-first environment, loves dogs, and values working within a team culture built on communication, collaboration, and trust. You’ll be the first face our clients see and the voice they hear—playing a vital role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience while also ensuring behind-the-scenes tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome clients and check pets in and out with professionalism and care Manage phone calls, emails, and texts, delivering clear and friendly communication Schedule services and update client/pet profiles using Gingr software Process payments and maintain accurate records Support administrative functions including data entry, internal scheduling, and client follow-ups Keep the front lobby clean, organized, and reflective of our high-end brand Coordinate with grooming, daycare, and overnight teams to ensure smooth daily operations Communicate proactively with teammates to support a positive, productive workplace
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, pet-loving environment Experience with front desk or administrative tasks; Gingr experience is a plus A professional appearance and demeanor with a warm, approachable attitude A collaborative mindset—team culture and communication are everything to us Availability Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM A genuine love for animals and dedication to client care
