The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cosmetology, with skills in various beauty treatments and services. This role requires excellent customer service abilities and a flair for creativity, as you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients. Duties Provide a range of cosmetology services including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments. Utilize knowledge of color theory to create customized hair color solutions for clients. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records using software. Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively. Engage in social media management to promote services, share client transformations, and enhance the salon’s online presence. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations. Proficiency in various cosmetology techniques including barbering, and color theory. Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Familiarity with Millennium software or similar salon management systems is a plus.
