• Must have cosmetology permit or NJ Cosmetology License Vibe Hair Salon and Spa is an upscale certified Kerastase Salon looking to add a Part-time Assistant who will also fill in at the front desk to our friendly and professional team at the gorgeous 3,500 sq foot salon Excellent communication skills are a must as well as the ability to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.

We are interested in speaking to individuals with exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills. • Must have cosmetology permit or NJ Cosmetology License Candidates should be skilled, reliable, aspire to succeed, and be able to engage with our professional team and clientele.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Must be comfortable taking video and photos for social media

• Assisting Stylists
• Greeting clients/ prepare for color.
• Shampooing clients
• Maintaining salon cleanliness
• Onsite laundry
• Being responsible to take part in our extensive training program.
• Benefits offered for full-time employees 30 hours or more.

Position Requirements:

Must hold and maintain a current state of New Jersey Cosmetology permit/in cosmetology school or licenced Ability to perform all services on diverse clients. Must enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills. Must be a team player. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule organizational skills neat professional appearance In this role you will be working in a positive environment with a professional staff who have expansive knowledge in the industry.
