With over 20 years of experience, Ildi combines European wellness traditions with innovative technologies to deliver transformative skin care experiences. We believe that true beauty starts with health and well-being, and our treatments reflect this philosophy. Our studio offers cutting-edge services such as facials and body treatments. Our exclusive I PEKAR product line features clean, organic ingredients including Hungarian thermal water, raw honey, and full-spectrum CBD to nourish and rejuvenate the skin. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. This is a Friday-Sunday position. Friday 11-8pm and Saturday & Sunday 9-4pm. Duties Open and close the studio each workday Answer phones and respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner Schedule and confirm client appointments using our booking system Boulevard Conduct monthly inventory of all I PEKAR products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio at all times Support estheticians in preparing treatment rooms as needed Communicate with the manager to support social media and marketing efforts Help out with social media/marketing (creating reels, posting on our instagram/tik-tik) Ensure all front desk operations align with the Ildi Pekar brand standards Requirments Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is a must. Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic computer literacy is essential. Experience in a SPA setting is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
