Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction & Tours:

Greet guests warmly, provide tours of the spa facility, and answer any questions to ensure a memorable spa experience.

Supply Replenishment:

Restock all spa amenities, including towels, robes, slippers, and locker room essentials such as shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, moisturizers, hairbrushes, and other complimentary items.

Laundry Services:

Manage the laundering of used towels, robes, and linens on-site, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking supplies for the spa team.

Light Housekeeping:

Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the spa.

Communication:

Coordinate effectively with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Initiative & Time Management:

Work independently, take initiative to complete tasks, and manage time effectively to keep the spa running efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

Be comfortable lifting heavy loads and standing for long periods during shifts.

Requirements:

Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role is preferred. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional guest service. Does this sound like you?
