Eyelash Extension Specialist Beauty Belle Aesthetics 202 Holland Road, Southampton, PA 18966 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extension application and maintenance, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and results. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. Duties Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed. Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services. Upsell additional services or products that enhance the client experience. Manage appointments and client records using
MINDBODY
software. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, including deep tissue massage, botulinum toxin treatment, and hair styling as needed. Assist in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online. Skills Proficient in eyelash extension application techniques with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience with
MINDBODY
software for appointment scheduling and client management is preferred. Knowledge of deep tissue massage techniques is a plus. Ability to perform botulinum toxin treatments is advantageous but not required. Skills in upselling services and products to enhance the client experience. Familiarity with hair styling techniques is a nice-to-have skill. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Competence in using straight razors for grooming purposes may be required depending on service offerings.
