The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the spa facilities are clean, organized, and fully stocked while assisting clients with their needs during their visit. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with information about spa services and amenities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms. Assist in setting up the massage room and ensuring all necessary supplies are available for therapists. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and manage cash register operations. Promote spa products and services through effective upselling techniques during guest interactions. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintain inventory levels of retail products and assist in restocking as needed. Uphold high standards of customer service by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when handling reservations or inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred, particularly in a spa or wellness environment. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating POS systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette to engage effectively with clients. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service at all times. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
