You can play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Center, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall guest experience. As a Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing appointments, handling cash transactions, and assisting with retail sales as well as assisting the chiropractor’s patient flow and scheduling. You’ll need strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while keeping up with inventory and light cleaning during down-time.
What is expected:
Managing appointment scheduling for spa services and chiropractic services. This includes incoming and outgoing calls, monitoring online booking, and keeping therapists scheduled efficiently. Greet clients warmly upon arrival (and on the phone) and provide them with the information they need for a stress-free visit. Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments, collecting insurance co-pays, and managing the cash drawer and the close-out. Assist in retail sales by suggesting spa products and services to clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and retail space. Maintain retail displays and track inventory levels. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and services. Attend weekly 1-hour team meetings.
Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred. Cash handling experience or excellent math skills are essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a warm and inviting manner. Ability to suggest products and services confidently while providing excellent customer care. A passion for wellness and holistic living is beneficial.
