This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves customer service, thrives in a spa environment, and wants to be part of a supportive, beauty-focused team.

Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday 10am-6:30pm Thursday-Friday 10am-6pm

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet clients and ensure smooth check-in/check-out Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations Answer phone calls and respond to basic client inquiries Process payments and handle retail purchases Support providers by keeping the lobby clean and welcoming Upsell gift cards, specials, and memberships when appropriate Run reports- on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Order and stock inventory Assist medical team with charting Create social media posts Collaborate with owner on sales and events

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, reliable, and professional Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable working with booking systems (we’ll train you!) Spa or salon experience is a plus, but not required Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
