The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of golf. As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their purchases and enhancing their experience. This position requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in checking in for their tee time. Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering calls to take tee times. Communicate effectively with other members of staff to keep course running smoothly. Accurately complete end-of-shift paperwork and record all necessary information. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service is preferred . Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to multitask while staying detail-oriented and organized. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
