Responsibilities:

As a part of the Carowinds F&B Training team,your daily assigned duties would be as follows:

• Trains seasonalassociates at all levels.
• -Reports staffing updates to departmentleadership team.
• -Administer ServSafe Safe Food Handler courseupon associate completion of Orientation.
• Administer ServSafe SafeAlcohol course upon associate completion of Department Training
• Conduct Associate training according to the guidelines provided
• Will approve all shifts related to associate training, which willinclude input if necessary.
• Update associate records with traininginformation immediately upon completion of trainings.
• Other dutiesmay be assigned

Must pass

ServSafe:

Food Handler, Food Manager, and ABC coursesas well as obtain the status of proctor and instructor for the foodcourses Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to learn other software programs Must possess communication skills and comfortable with publicspeaking
