Overview:

From live bands to night time spectaculars, Carowindsis the premier entertainment destination in the Southeast.

  • Duringthe summer, we entertain guests with live bands, hugs from theirfavorite characters, and amazing acrobatics.
  • In the fall, we putthe “wee” in Halloween during Tricks and Treats for younger guestsand scare the yell out of guests during our nighttime event,SCarowinds.
  • And since 2017, families from across the Carolinashave made new memories during Winterfest with 10 shows, over 20unique street performers, and of course, the man in red himself.

  • Positions are currently available forthose who are 18 or older.
Responsibilities:

Assists performers during shows with costumechanges and maintains costume appearance. Works with supervisors to maintainquality costumes for assigned production, including maintenance andcleaning of costumes and equipment.

Prepares the facility for eachday’s activities including cleaning dressing areas, repairs andironing for each show.

Assists performers with costume changes andhanging costumes on hangers after each change.

Stores costumes atthe end of the day and launders and/or repairs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working oncostumes for theatrical productions preferedAbility to work nights,weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Ability to passa mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unlessprohibited by state or provincial law.

Ability to pass a backgroundcheck, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is notlimited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, educationand personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited byfederal, state, or provincial law.
