Responsibilities:

Organize and take inventory of all uniforms, footwear, and tools in accordance with company guidelines. Allocate and distribute uniform items to employees. Retrieve all returned uniforms, shoes, and tools. Record and track the distribution, returns, and any defects in uniforms, shoes, and tools. Scrutinize returned items for damages, exclude them from circulation, and arrange for replacements as required. Safely handle the return of soiled uniforms for reprocessing. Complete all paperwork related to assigned responsibilities. Manage inventory and ensure a stock of uniforms, shoes, and tools. Maintain organization of the entire uniform room. Undertake additional assignments as directed by the manager.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a comparable role. Bilingual Spanish required. Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays as needed. Capacity to operate independently and thrive in a dynamic, demanding setting. Exceptional communication and customer service aptitude. Strong organizational abilities with a knack for task prioritization. Proficiency in multitasking and performing effectively in a high-paced environment. Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
