Luxury Inflatable Setup Assistant – Part-Time Boujee Bounce Nashville, TN 37207 Overview At Boujee Bounce, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional luxury bounce house and party rentals that elevate any event. We are a local company based in Nashville, TN looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Setup Assistant. If you’re passionate about delivering top-notch service and enjoy working in a fun environment, we want to hear from you! This position has mandatory weekend hours and weekday cleaning hours. Our weekday cleaning shifts are generally Monday – Wednesday mornings from 9:00am – 12:30pm but can vary from time to time.

Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up and taking down inflatables and other equipment at various event locations. Safely operate a box truck, if needed (valid driver’s license required). Use a dolly and other equipment to carefully move and position inflatables. Ensure that all equipment is set up to meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness. Clean bounce houses and equipment at Warehouse. Provide exceptional customer service to clients during setup and takedown. Assist with loading and unloading equipment from the truck.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment. This is a physical job, the inflatables are heavy. Comfortable driving a box truck. Experience with equipment handling and setup is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Reliable, punctual, and able to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), and also flexible cleaning shifts during the week. Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
